Johnny Depp Tried to Use Nude Photos of Amber Heard as Evidence in Trial

Information was released this Sunday (31) that actor Johnny Depp had tried to use nude photos of his ex-wife, Amber Heard, as evidence during the trial of the defamation case that recently resonated in the media. The pre-trial court documents were recently revealed, and in them were the allegations that Mr. Depp tried to use the photos as evidence, and also that Amber's lawyers tried to insinuate that the actor took medication to treat erectile dysfunction.

The trial of this case took place for weeks and had a great impact on social media, with many internet users rooting for Johnny to win. The latest information about the pre-trial was revealed by international media, more specifically the website Entertainment Tonight. The website had access to documents that show some evidence that both parties wanted to use, but which were not authorized. Amber's lawyers spoke out about the possible evidence in the document.: “Mr. Depp inappropriately seeks to present evidence of the following irrelevant personal matters” and then there was a list of evidence deemed inadmissible or irrelevant. Furthermore, they added: “attempting to frivolously and maliciously suggest or insinuate that Ms. Heard was ever an escort.”

Depp's lawyers also spoke out during the filing about Amber's attempts to use medical matters as evidence during the trial: “wants a circus and clearly intends to take this trial down a series of unnecessarily salacious rabbit holes, including and especially in relation to Depp's medical history”. Johnny and Amber have yet to comment on the recent release of these documents by the international press. A few days ago, it was also reported that Amber had sold one of her homes in California in order to help pay compensation to Depp, given that she lost the lawsuit against her ex-husband.
