Don't wait for it to get worse, go quickly. I speak from experience. I left it and reached a critical level. I recently started treatment and have already noticed a difference.
The ideal is: therapy + physical exercises + psychiatrist.— Leilãne Sá (@Leilanesajacq) May 10, 2023

Bro, I know what it's like. I tell you one thing, go, because after that you can breathe better. In these cases, it is best to share it with this professional, as this way we feel supported and listened to. Don't leave it for later, don't let it blossom inside you, I hope you get well

Brazil is the country with the most cases of people with anxietysince approximately 9.3% suffer from pathological anxiety. Experts cite unemployment, lack of public security, and recurring changes in the economy as some factors that triggered the increase in anxiety in the country. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), anxiety disorders became more common shortly after the Covid-19 pandemic, where in the first year of isolation, a 25% increase in cases of anxiety and depression was recorded in global prevalence. .
In a survey carried out in 2022 by Atlas da Juventude, called, “Youth and the Pandemic: What now?” When talking to 16 thousand young people aged 15 to 29, it was revealed that six out of ten people are experiencing anxiety, 18% reported depression, 9% self-harm or suicidal thoughts.
According to some experts, isolation caused, in addition to preventing people from having an active social life, fear of becoming infected, loneliness and suffering, something that triggered anxiety and depression.
Other national artists have also shown their vulnerability and spoken openly about their mental health. In this way, a large support network was created, helping many people who were also going through the same situation.
We have as an example the singer Luísa Sonza, who said:
“I'm going to stop saying that everything is fine, that I went through all this and I'm fine. I spent a month away, traveled and renewed? No, I don't know how long the consequences will last (…) I'm lucky to have a lot of people close to me. When they found me on the floor, in the fetal position, I was already at my last… Thank God I have a team that helps me and took me to the psychiatrist, gave me medicine, support, everything I needed”, comment on the Fátima Bernades Program
