Justin Bieber breaks record on Spotify and remains the most listened to artist on the platform

Justin Bieber has been an artist in the spotlight for years and it seems he continues to surpass himself and reach new heights in his career. This end of the year marks another record for the singer's career, who has remained in the top position for months as the most listened to artist worldwide. Spotify. The Canadian surpassed the mark of 90 million monthly listeners, being the first in the platform's history to reach this number!

His current hits include the track “Stay”partnership with The Kid LAROI, currently in 4th place on the Global Top 200, the Christmas single “Mistletoe” 2011, in addition to “Ghost” and “Peaches (Ft. GIVĒON & Daniel Caesar)” from his latest album, “Justice”.

Completing the list of most listened to artists on SpotifyBritish singer Ed Sheeran occupies 2nd place with 80 thousand monthly listeners, followed by The Weeknd in 3rd position with more than 78 thousand listeners, Ariana Grande in 4th, with 71 thousand listeners, and Adele, who recently released an album, occupying 5th position with 69 thousand listeners per month.

In addition to being a success on streaming platforms, Justin leads the nominations for the next edition of Grammy Awardswhich will take place on January 31st in Los Angeles. The pop star was nominated in eight categories, namely:
