INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Italian sausages or other flavors, sugar and gluten free
  • 1 medium bell pepper, the color of your choice, cut into strips
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 5 cups (340 g) broccoli florets, blanched or not according to your preference
  • 3 cups (300 g) cheese curds

Dip (optional)

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, homemade
  • 2 tbsp. ketchup, sugar free

PREPARATION

  • 1)

    Preheat the oven to 450 ° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • 2)

    Option 1: On the baking sheet, mix the sliced ​​sausages and peppers with 1 tbsp. oil soup. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the sausages are cooked. 

    Option 2: You can put whole sausages and peppers with 1 tbsp. oil and bake, 20 to 25 minutes, until the sausages are cooked. Cut the sausages into slices after cooking.

  • 3)

    Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into half rings.

  • 4)

    Add zucchini, broccoli and remaining oil (1 tbsp) to the baking sheet. Salt and pepper. Spread the cheese over the vegetable and sausage mixture. Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly melted and vegetables are heated through.

  • 5)

    Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup.

  • 6)

    Serve the sausages, vegetables and cheese with the mayonnaise sauce.
