Kim Kardashian says she was warned by Emma Roberts about stalkers

This Tuesday, August 6, 2024, actress Kim Kardashian reports through court documents obtained by TMZ that she was warned by Emma Roberts about a possible stalker, Melvin Jeffery Conley, an individual who has generated notoriety for stalking celebrities. In a call, the businesswoman warned that Melvin had already invaded her residence, and intended to do the same to Kim and her children. Legal measures are already being taken to protect both.

The exact reasons why Melvin pursued the actresses have not yet been disclosed. But normally, it is common for a stalker to be involved in a fixation on public figures, because they think they have a special relationship with them, and deceive themselves as a result. These obsessions can lead to dangerous behaviors, such as invasion of privacy, as in the case of Emma and Kim

In May, Jeffery allegedly broke into Emma's house, using her landline to speak to her. The businesswoman did not answer the call, but as soon as she realized that it was her home phone, she returned the call and was surprised by Jeffery, who soon stated that he had permission to be there, which Emma never granted him. Cases like these are taken very seriously by authorities and celebrities themselves, seeking means of protection.

Conley appears at socialite Kris Jenner's residence

In order to get closer to Kim, Conley went to Kris Jenner's residence, believing it to be the businesswoman's home. Introducing himself as a “long-time businessman” and Toronto Raptors player.

With events such as trying to break into Kim's house in Malibu California and Kris' residence, many celebrities then adopt measures to protect themselves from possible stalking and other threats, such as restraining orders, such as the one adopted by Emme, and personal security team.
