Kim Kardashian Wears the Same Necklace as Lady Di at the LACMA Art And Film Gala

The LACMA Art And Film Gala took place last Saturday (02), in Los Angeles, an event that pays tribute to creatives from the American industry annually. Several celebrities such as Greta Lee, Viola Davis, Cara Delevingne, Andrew Garfield, Charli XCX, Mia Goth and Blake Lively were present at the event. Of all the outfits, Kim Kardashian caught attention by wearing a necklace that belonged to Lady Di.

Considered one of the biggest businesswomen and influencers today, Kim Kardashian always attracts attention with her looks and beauty productions at events. At the LACMA Art And Film Gala it couldn't be any different. Kim arrived at the event in a white silhouette dress, highlighting her figure and featuring a V-neckline that reached her belly. To complete the look, a long cream coat, contrasting with the tone of the dress. However, what really caught our attention were the accessories chosen by the businesswoman. The pearl necklace and purple amethyst cross created an even greater contrast with the dress and coat.

The necklace in question had previously been worn by Lady Di during a charity event. The choker worn with the necklace also recalled and paid homage to Lady Di, as well as creating an added elegance in the production of Kim Kardashian's look. This is not the first time that Kim has worn a piece to pay homage to a celebrity. At the 2022 Met Gala, Kim wore a Marilyn Monroe dress to pay homage to the singer and actress.

About the LACMA Art And Film Gala

The LACMA Art And Film Gala is an annual event that honors creatives in the American industry and is in its 13th edition. This year, the event paid homage to contemporary artist Simone Leight. Simone works with sculptures, performances, videos and installations through ethnographic work, which include African arts. Simone is also an important voice of black feminism. Other artists honored in previous editions include Stanley Kubrick, Martin Scorsese, Betye Saar, Barbara Krueger, Quentin Tarantino, George Lucas and Guillermo Del Toro. The LACMA Art And Film Gala is also a charitable event. All proceeds go towards financing the museum’s exhibitions, acquisitions and educational initiatives.
