King Charles III releases nudist beach after nearly three decades of ban

After nearly three decades, the King Charles III allowed this last Thursday (29) that local bathers and tourists, supporters of nudism and who frequent the beach of Fraisthorpein east yorkshire, UK, can go back to sunbathing naked on the 1 km strip of sand. The place belongs to the Crown since 1760 and has always been the destination for many people who enjoy this practice.

The beach ban began in 1994, when the local council warned bathers and tourists to hide their private parts after a series of incidents involving public sex acts, where police helicopters flew overhead to spy on undressed offenders. Now the place is popular with families and dog owners.

Under new guidelines on behalf of the king, nudity is “not expressly permitted” but “not prohibited” either. Even a fan of nudism, Peter Whitehead, 67, was happy with the UK authority’s decision. In an interview with the British newspaper The Sun, the man claimed that sensible people like Charles III understood that there is nothing wrong with being naked publicly. In addition, the Englishman said that the ban should not have happened, since naturists and fetishists are completely different

Fraisthorpe beach also has new regulations so that users can enjoy nudism. One is that practitioners do not cause alarm, harassment or distress.
