Lady Gaga and Adam Driver are featured in new images

The film's official account released new images from 'House of Gucci', featuring Patrizia Reggiani and Maurizio Gucci, played by Lady Gaga and Adam Driver, respectively. The film opens in theaters on November 24 and will have its UK premiere today (9). Check out the images below:

'House of Gucci' will cover three decades in the history of the founding family of international fashion house Gucci, focusing on the marriage of heir Maurizio (Driver) to Patrizia Reggiani (Lady Gaga). The union would end in divorce and Maurizio's execution in 1995 at the hands of a hitman hired by Patrizia, who was sentenced to 26 years in prison for the crime. The film stars Jeremy Irons, Al Pacino and Jared Leto as other members of the family, as well as Salma Hayek as Pina Auriemma, Patrizia's psychic friend.

Ridley Scott's 'House of Gucci' Gets First Official Trailer and Cast Posters

Directed by Ridley Scott (who, in addition to having classics like 'Alien – The Eighth Passenger' and 'Gladiator' on the resume, is on the rise this year, having released the epic 'The Last Duel'), 'House of Gucci' has a script by Becky Johnston ('Seven Years in Tibet') and Roberto Bentivegna. The script's plot is based on the book 'House of Gucci: A Story of Glamour, Greed, Madness and Death', by Sara Gay Forden.

Early reviews of the film, which lacked many details due to the embargo before its release, were positive, praising the actors' performances, including that of Lady Gaga, who is in her first film role since 'A Star Is Born', in 2018, for which she was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress and won for Best Original Song.
