On 13 June, the police arrested a 52-year-old woman from Limburg on suspicion of sexually abusing seven young girls. She allegedly abused the children during her babysitting services.
On the same day, a 58-year-old Limburger was also arrested, the Public Prosecutor’s Office (OM) announced on Monday. The woman allegedly sent footage of the abuse to him.
The abuse took place at six families in the Eindhoven region. The victims are seven girls between one and six years old. All parents have been informed and have been offered victim support.
The woman offered her babysitting services through various websites since 2019. The abuse came to light when the parents of a two-year-old girl saw on camera footage from the nursery that the toddler was sexually abused by the babysitter. The woman had video contact with the 58-year-old man during the abuse. Both were arrested that same day.
