Loki: Marvel presents incredible trailer!

Marvel released this Monday (5) the official trailer for 'Loki', the studio's new series. The series, which will be part of Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, will be released on Disney+ after the end of the first season of 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier', which is still in progress.

The series will follow the 2012 Loki, who stole and fled with the Tesseract – the Space Stone – during the events of 'Avengers: Endgame'. The trailer reveals that the God of Mischief broke and altered reality by stealing the artifact and will need to help the Time-Keepers fix it.

According to Tom Hiddleston, who has played Loki since 'Thor' (2011), the character will have the same powers he has already displayed in other Marvel productions, but will face different antagonists than those he has already known. For Hiddleston, even Loki's intelligence, magic and history of betrayal may not be enough to deal with the new obstacles.

In addition to Tom Hiddleston, 'Loki' will feature another actress who has already appeared in Marvel productions: Jaimie Alexander will reprise the role of Lady Sif, Thor's warrior friend. Owen Wilson, from 'Marley & Me' (2008), is another well-known name that is part of the cast of the series.

The series has Michael Waldron, producer of 'Rick and Morty', as executive producer, showrunner and head writer. Kate Herron, who directed some episodes of Netflix's 'Sex Education', helms the direction of all episodes of the series.

'Loki' will have six episodes and will follow the release schedule of 'WandaVision' and 'The Falcon and the Winter Soldier', with one episode released per week, every Friday. The first episode will be available on Disney+ starting June 11.
