MC Daniel and MC Ryan use trolling as a marketing tactic for new project

MC Daniel, 25 years old, and MC Ryan SP, 21, shared this Thursday afternoon (28) that they noticed the disappearance of jewelry, such as rings and chains, valued at around R$100,000. Through Instagram stories, MC Daniel made an appearance promising to recover what was missing. However, it was revealed that it was all just marketing for Netflix.

Singer MC Daniel took fans by surprise when he reported that all gold rings and fingers had disappeared after participating in “Futebol dos Artistas”, at the Maracanã stadium, on Wednesday (27). “You can't believe it, bro, all my rings and fingers are gone. All. Without understanding, how is that? I don't believe” said the singer, who then shared a photo of an occasion where he wore the missing rings.

On Neymar's cruise, MC Ryan also noticed missing jewelry

On the same day, MC Ryan, owner of the hit song “Tubarão Te Amo”, used social media to talk about the disappearance of a chain with a shark pendant. The jewelry in question is valued at around R$70,000. “Hail family, greater neurosis. I can't find any of my chains here, especially mine from the shark”, said Mc Ryan, who also promises a reward to whoever finds it. The singer is on Neymar's cruise, where, together with other celebrities, he celebrates on the high seas until Friday (29).

Possible marketing strategy for missing jewelry

MC Daniel and Mc Ryan recently appeared together in a video published by MC Daniel, which left fans speculating about a song among the funkists, the disappearance of the jewelry and the coincidence. “I think this is all marketing“, commented a follower about the disappearance of the jewelry.

The two singers have been standing out on the funk scene and a new partnership between the two is expected for next year.

Revelation of trolling

Through his Instagram, MC Daniel revealed that he already had “an idea” of who stole his belongings, and then shared a photo from Netflix promoting his new series, “Berlin”. Check out Netflix's post:

Despite fans' concerns, it was all just a marketing strategy for the Netflix streaming service to promote the series, which is part of the “La Casa de Papel” universe, which premieres tomorrow (29). In addition to MC Daniel and MC Ryan, funk singer MC Drika had also complained about the disappearance of some belongings and was part of the joke.
