Mc Poze reveals that he will partner with Gabigol

The singer posted a photo on his Instagram in which he is accompanied by the player and which has the following caption: “If I say that one of mine and the monster is coming out, who would believe it? Ha ha, wait for us”.

This won't be Gabigol's first foray into music. The athlete already has a song released in August 2021 that is the result of a partnership with rappers Papatinho, known as a member and official producer of the rap group Cone Crew Diretoria, and Choji. The striker launched himself with the stage name “Lil Gabi” and the song is called “Whatnot”. See the video clip below:

On February 12th and 13th, Gabriel Barbosa, also known as Gabigol, and Mc Poze attended the “Rep Festival” held at Parque dos Atletas, located in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. Several names from current rap were present at the event, including: Baco Exu do Blues, Black Alien, Cynthia Luz, Cone Crew Diretoria, Poesia Acústica, Djonga, Matuê, Filipe Ret, Budah, Costa Gold, L7nnon, BK, Azzy, PK and Xamã. Gabigol joined Mc Cabelinho and Matuê on stage.

Mc Poze, as well as the football player's current musical partnersupports Flamengo (the team Gabriel plays for). He has already praised the club in his songs “Flamengo's Jokers” and “Flamengo Selection”. The funk singer is also well known for his songs “I'm Flying High” and “Crazy Life”. The latter was released in April 2021, by the record label Main Street (a project by rapper Orochi that aims to promote peripheral artists in the market), and has more than 86 million clicks on the Spotify platform.
