Mental Health In An Honest Conversation on Trace Trends

Karol Conka was the interviewee of the week on the show 'Make with Xan' and once again, she talks about her mental health and shows that she has complete authority to talk about the subject. After having lived the experience of BBB21 and not having been well received by the public due to her own actions, Karol faced a whirlwind of conflicts in his professional life and in a good-humored conversation with Xan Ravelli spoke about his mental health, career and experiences.

“I started to question why I allowed myself to experience certain situations. Situations in which I had lost emotional control. Why did I feel like this?! So, I went looking for answers, with the help of professionals in this area. And I felt the need to share this with my followers. Because these are things that I am not the only one who feels. Many people feel…” Karol also took the opportunity to talk about the production of her new album and how art influenced her healing process. The rapper commented on the painting created on her Instagram profile, titled '#ComeKTakeCareOfTheMind'to share care, reflections and experiences with their followers.

Karol spoke about his experience with cancel culture after being eliminated from BBB. “I didn’t know I was suffering so much. Then I freaked out and, ‘she’s a psychopath’. It got to a point where the crazy people were calling each other crazy, but no one is going to get treatment?!”
