Mental well-being is the topic of a lecture this Saturday (29)
– how to remain healthy, health and wellbeing, latest symptoms and treatments.

The promotion of health and mental well-being will be the focus of a lecture that will be held this Saturday (29), at 2:30 pm, at the headquarters of the Rosicrucian Order.

Led by psychologist Jeferson Carvalho, the meeting will have the theme “Mindfulness and mental well-being” and will explore the benefits of practicing mindfulness to reduce stress, promote mental clarity and improve emotional well-being.

To participate, you must register online and bring 1kg of non-perishable food.

When? June 29th, 2:30pm
Where? Course room on the 3rd floor of the Tutankhamun Museum building – Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. (Rua Nicarágua, 2641, Bacacheri, Curitiba – PR).
Entrance fee: 1 kg of non-perishable food, but registration is required.
