Monica Benini reveals what her children's diet is like

After recently giving birth to her second daughter, jewelry designer, influencer and staunch vegan Monica Benini, wife of musician Júnior Lima, revealed that she spoke to fans on Thursday night (11), through her Instagram and talked about the diet of her children Lara and Otto. When asked about the children having the freedom to choose to eat meat, she said that in her house she does not impose diets and that Otto, 4 years old, is already a follower of her eating style.

A follower sent the following question: “Are your children already vegetarian or are you going to let them choose?” Monica selected the question and answered: “I’m not going to force you… but I’m going to tell you a lot about why we are. Otto, for example, is already a very convinced vegetarian. The cutest thing in the world. He speaks so proudly… and makes some really beautiful statements. In his little head, it doesn’t make much sense for people to eat little animals, you know?”reveals.

Lara, one month old, is quite greedy according to her mother, sucking up all the nutrients that are offered through breastfeeding. “Lara breastfeeds a lot, a lot, a lot. She is a big eater. She is gaining a lot of weight and growing a lot.”shoots.
