Murilo Huff did not pay tribute to Marília Mendonça in his new DVD

On Tuesday (03), Murillo Huff recorded his new DVD in São José do Rio Preto, SP. The country singer spoke to the LéoDias column and explained why he did not pay tribute to Marília Mendonça during the recording. When asked about the tribute during his show, he replied that the best time to do so would be to take the best possible care of Léo, his son with her, along with his grandmother, Ruth Moreira, on a daily basis. Even without mentioning the Queen of Suffering by name during the show, Murillo reported that his son's mother was present the entire time during the recording, “I'm sure Marília was there with me. She always supported me a lot and rooted for me a lot”, reveals the singer.

The country singer's new project had several special guests, such as Matheus and Kauan, Maiara and Maraisa, Zé Neto and Cristiano and Dom Vitor & Gustavo. The music track featured hits such as Madrugada Calada, Galera Feliz, Uma Ex, Boca Enganada, Mitos e Verdades, 4 Paredes e 1 Teto and x9. With Maiara and Maraisa, they sang Perfeito para ficar sólo, a track from the singer's repertoire. In the Patroas project, Maiara heard the song and wanted it on her tour with her friends, and even tried to talk to Marília to convince her ex-boyfriend to release the song.

Before going on stage, Murilo spoke to Quem about the new work and celebrated, “Without a doubt, it is a very important project. Despite being my fourth DVD, it is a turning point. That must be why I am very tense, really. But we have a full house with an incredible repertoire”, he said before the show. The country singer also adds that he is in the best phase of his life, he wants to climb the ladder every day according to his dream, in addition to talking about the choices of the special guest, he chose it because they are friends and he thinks the music is similar to them, like Maiara, who already wanted to sing his song.
