Nahim's wake is marked by emotion and tribute to the singer

This Friday (15), the singer Nahim Jore Elias Júnior, has his wake on Friday until 10 am, and it was open to the public. The farewell took place at the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo (Alesp). And it was requested that the coffin be placed on the floor for the wake.

Outside of what is expected, the family requested that a coffin be placed on the floor during the wake and that their dogs be present at the ceremony. Even though it was not allowed, the dogs were allowed to enter as it was a special moment of farewell.

Who was Nahim?

Nahim Jore Elias Júnior was the son of a Lebanese father and a Bahian woman, but was born in the interior of São Paulo. When he turned 10, he and his family went to live in the capital. There, he worked as an office boy and salesman. But it was in music that he found himself, with his aunt's guitar, he learned the chords on his own and hasn't stopped playing since. It was in the 80s that he participated in talk shows and won in “What is the song?” from the Silvio Santos program on SBT, thus earning the nickname “The King of Which is Music?”.

Beginning of success

His first album was recorded in Portuguese, in total there were 14 albums and 86 songs that were released in three languages. Of all the songs, they had three big hits: “Dá Coração”, “Coração de Melão” and “Taka Taka”, including the first mentioned, it was the name of several parties held in partnerships between the singer and musical bands, they were called “Dá, give it, give it 80's”.

Death of Nahim

Regarding the cause of the singer's death, it is not known for sure what the real cause of death was, but it is believed that it may have been one of his domestic chores that may have caused Nahim's death. The Public Security Secretariat (SSP) says that his death occurred after falling down the stairs, but the investigation is continuing by the 1st Police District (DP) of Taboão da Serra.
