Nego do Borel Accused of Abandoning Duda Reis on the Road

After receiving numerous complaints, another accusation has been added to the list of allegations made by funk singer Nego do Borel. This time, his former employee, Renato Azevedo, decided to speak out, reporting on Twitter that he witnessed the singer's mistreatment of Duda Reis during a trip to Portugal.

According to Renato Azevedo, his former employee, the singer threatened to leave actress Duda Reis alone in the middle of a road after an incident of domestic violence: “That day, the only thing that kept him from leaving you on the road were these words: 'If you leave her here, your career is over'”reported Renato, after a series of tweets from the actress.

To better understand, on the night of last Monday (20), Duda made harsh criticisms on her own Twitter account to the broadcaster Record, questioning its position on the accusations of aggression that she has against the singer. However, in one of the tweets made by her, it was when Renato, the former employee, decided to reveal: “I’ll tell you quickly: In Portugal, he did want to leave her on the road… He did treat her badly in front of the whole team, exactly on his birthday, these are things that no one will ever know, because he was always defended”. With great repercussion, Renato then deactivated his account on the platform and deleted the tweets in which he exposed the mistreatment she suffered.

In turn, Duda Reis responded to Renato's comment: “Guys, I confess that I don’t even know how to react. Renatinho, this guy who left this tweet here and that I just saw, was part of the citizen’s team for years and he saw a lot of things happen. This was real, I’m not crazy.” She said. Soon after, Duda vented: “And it’s bizarre that I hear witnesses who remind me of various acts of violence and I simply feel like crying, because it only confirms that neither I, nor any woman who had a relationship with him, are crazy. It’s a relief.”

Right after the revelation of Renato as a former employee, Duda Reis explained what happened that day: “He stopped the van in the middle of nowhere and told me to get out after leading another episode of domestic violence. I remember he threw me on a coat rack and was desperate, afraid that I would tell anyone. He forced me to the van and when I said I wanted to go home, he told them to stop in the middle of nowhere and told me to get out there. It was on the highway, there was no way back. I remember him saying: 'Either you get out and we break up, or you stay here and don't open your mouth'. I had no way of getting out, no way of going back, it was desperate (as always). There are people who know him!”

The 'Leo Dias' column sought the funk singer's press office and lawyer, but did not receive a response. Actress Duda Reis and her lawyer were also sought but have not yet commented.
