Netflix releases preview of the third season of Young Royals

Netflix released this Thursday (18) the preview of the third and final season of “Young Royals”. In it, you can see Felice having lunch with her friends in the cafeteria of the Hillerska boarding school, where they are about to graduate. The young woman receives Wilhelm's message and the two exchange messages about his return to boarding school.

About the series

Released in July 2021, “Young Royals” tells the story of Wilhelm, the reserve prince of the royal family who moves to the Hillerska boarding school at the behest of his family, as he was involved in a fight during a party and his photos ended up in the headlines of Sweden's main tabloids.

There, he meets a low-income scholarship student named Simon, with whom he falls in love and decides to start a romance. The series revolves around the conflicts and challenges that this relationship will suffer.

Third season

The third and final season of “Young Royals” is the last hope that fans have for the couple to end up together, as throughout the two seasons, Simon and Wilhelm experience an eternal “back and forth” throughout their relationship. Faced with the challenge of not losing his commitment to the royal family, the prince needs to make a decision, and finds himself faced with a dilemma between abandoning the love of his life and living exclusively for royalty, or adhering to his own desires and stay with Simon, fighting for everyone's approval.

The fact is that, in the last episode of the second season, Wilhelm already showed signs of what he intends to do. Now, in the third, he will have to resolve another dilemma that involves members of his family, especially his arrogant cousin August. The last part of the series does not yet have a day or month to be released, but Netflix confirmed that it will be released in 2024.
