New South Korean Soloist Record on Spotify Global: Jungkook's 'Stay Alive'

The OST soundtrack for the webtoon '7FATES: CHAKHO' was released on February 11th, produced by member SUGA rapper by BTS and also a producer, featuring vocals by Jeon Jungkook who is also a member and vocalist of the South Korean group BTS. The song had a snippet released on February 4th in episode 4 of the comic made by the group and raised the curiosity and excitement of the entire 'ARMY' fandom for the full version of the song.

And the wait was worth every second, the song was released on all platforms at 2 am Brasilia time and the special video on 7FATES' official YouTube: CHAKHO, which features animations and short films of the group's members in the comic book setting and transforming it into reality, obtained more than 260 million views in the first hour after its release, once again making the 'ARMY' vibrate with Jungkook's vocals in SUGA's musical production and raising the hashtags: #StayAlive_CHAKHO and #StayAlive on Twitter shortly after its release.

But the records didn't stop there, the long-awaited track reached #1 on Bugs shortly after being released, going at the same time to #28 on Melon and just 6 hours after its release, it topped the iTUNES charts in 74 countries, including Argentina, Japan, Thailand, France, Germany, Finland, Chile, Brazil and more, setting the record for the fastest solo song to achieve such a feat.

Soloist Jungkook's official Spotify account has currently reached over 2 million monthly listeners, having been created just days before the release of 'Stay Alive' and the song spends its 3rd day in the top 10 of the Global Spotify Chart with 2,701,386 streams currently at #9.
