Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra welcomed their first child in January, a daughter who came into the world through a surrogate mother. From the birth certificates it has now become clear that the girl has been given the name Malti Marie.
The girl’s official name is Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. The name Malti is of Indian origin, reports TMZ.
Jonas and Chopra got married in 2018 and never made it a secret that they wanted to start a family together.
“We are in seventh heaven now that we can confirm that we have had a daughter,” the actress reported on Instagram in January.

The couple sees family as the most important thing in their lives. “Yes, we both come from a loving and warm family.
So that’s something we want to continue. With each other, but now also with our daughter. Family is everything to us,” chopra said.
