nicki minaj husband kenneth petty must stay at the couple’s home in the U.S. state of California for the next twelve months. Kenneth Petty has been sentenced to house arrest for failing to report sex offender.

Petty was sentenced in New York to four years in prison after raping a woman in 1994. When he moved to California, he should have reported a sex offender in the state, but he never did.

TMZ reports that the judge sentenced him to three years of house arrest, three years of probation and a fine of $ 55,000 (about 54,000 euros).

The U.S. Attorney’s Office had demanded a prison sentence against Petty, because his home is equipped with all kinds of luxuries.
