Nicki Minaj on being detained and canceling show: “They laughed at me”

Rapper and songwriter Nicki Minaj 41 years old, shared with fans on the show of the tour “Pink Friday 2 World Tour” on Sunday (26) in Birmingham, about being arrested on drug possession chargess the day before, Saturday (25).

Apology and explanations

The artist also took advantage of the space to apologize to fans in the city of Manchester about the cancellation of the show and revealed that she will repay them at an upcoming musical event in the city.

“I managed to get to the root of everything, recording them and posting everything in real time (….) you wouldn't believe it if I told you. I'll ask the lawyers and GOD to take care of this from here“, he pointed out in a text published on X, at the end of the day on Saturday (25).

Nicki also stated that she has a lot of evidence about the police officers' actions and that she will turn to her lawyers, who will investigate what happened..
