Oasis tour may not happen in Brazil

The return tour of the band Oasis may not come to Brazil. Comeback tour: “Oasis Live 25”

On August 27th, the band announced on the social network Instagram that they were back for the “Oasis Live 25” comeback tour, with dates already confirmed for the first shows. In the caption of the promotional video, they state that the return to the stage will happen “This is it, this is happening“.

Oasis last performed in August 2009, before the fight between the Gallagher brothers led to the band splitting up. The British group's breakup reportedly happened because Noel accused Liam of breaking one of his favorite guitars before a show.

The band was born in 1991, in England. In the original lineup, the group featured Liam on vocals, Noel on guitar, Gem Archer on keyboards and second guitar, Andy Bell on bass and Chris Sharrock on percussion. Oasis owns the hits “Wonderwall”, “Don't Look Back in Anger”, “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” and 'Stand By Me”.

Confirmed tour dates

Even with the news coming from the member himself, the portal Toca UOL and NME magazine say that Oasis's arrival in Brazil is certain. According to the websites, fans should expect the world tour between October or November 2025. The exact dates are not defined and the reason would be that the band is awaiting the number of extra shows that may take place in each country.

According to NME magazine, Liam and Noel Gallagher will perform their first shows in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with a total of 14 confirmed shows between July 4th and August 17th, 2025. In Australia, the band will play in Sydney and Melbourne in October and November 2025. The shows, previously announced, are already sold out.
