Patrícia Ramos exposes injuries caused by her ex-husband after fight

Last Monday (30), influencer Patrícia Ramos filed a complaint against her ex-husband, Diogo Vitório, due to a series of violence committed against her. TV Globo broadcast a report on the matter this Tuesday (31), where it showed audio of a fight between the couple, and images of Patrícia with injuries to her face.

In the audio that TV Globo had access to, it is possible to hear Diogo trying to expel Patrícia from the house. “Get out, get out, get out”, he says, while Patrícia responds by saying that she would not leave the residence. “I'm not going to (leave)! It's different, I don't know what. Problems keep getting into my head. I like to be hunting for problems! Your pleasure is hunting for problems!”she counters.

In one of the images available, Patrícia appears with a bloody nose. In another, she shows a bruise on the inside of her mouth.

Complaint

Separated since May this year after 5 years of marriage, Patrícia denounced her ex-husband for the crimes of domestic violence in the physical, moral, patrimonial and psychological forms, embezzlement with ideological falsehood, theft through fraud and persecution, in addition to mentioning several betrayals committed by Diogo since before the wedding.

The influencer’s defense states that after the attacks, Diogo said that “would climb the mountain to sanctify himself”, blaming Patrícia for her actions and making aggression a sin, not a crime. They also mentioned the fact that Diogo imposed a payment of R$400,000 for him to sign the divorce document.

The influencer's lawyers, Ingryd Souza and Alexandre Rangel, signed the official statement posted on Patrícia's Instagram stories, where they confirm the complaint made by her and the crimes described, in addition to the protective measure, so that Diogo does not approach or try to enter into contact with the ex-wife or family members.
