Priyanka Chopra reveals what Keanu Reeves said on day one of Matrix 4 shoot

Priyanka Chopra is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film The Matrix Resurrections co-starring Keanu Reeves. The actress recently attended the premiere of Matrix 4 with her family and even shared pictures. Priyanka has been also promoting the film with the cast.

The movie features Chopra playing the character of Sati. The trailer of Matrix 4 even gave a glimpse of Priyanka’s scene with Keanu. Priyanka Chopra opened up about her first day of shooting with Keanu Reeves. The actress revealed what Reeves said to her on Day 1 of the shoot and whether they exchanged notes.

Speaking with India Today, The Matrix Resurrections actress shared if she got to exchange notes with Keanu while filming.

She said, “Predominantly, in the scenes that I have with him I am talking and he is just listening. So, there was exchange of notes because he just had to listen to me explaining to him about what is happening.”

The actress further revealed that she was really nervous because she had to say all her lines in the movie.

Priyanka continued, “So, I had 45 minutes to say everything in front of this whole cast, especially Keanu, Carrie-Anne and Jada, as they have been reprised from previous movies. So, I was very intimidated and super nervous.”

Chopra then mentioned that since she likes preparations, she went prepared for the scene and did her job. The actress further revealed that she thinks Keanu recognized that she was really nervous.

Talking about what happened next, PeeCee said, “I was really nervous and he came to me end of the day and he was like, “That was a very tough day and you went through it and you know you did a great job.” So, just having someone like him who has had a prolific career for almost 40 years recognise and encourage me was wonderful.”

Priyanka called Keanu a ‘great co-actor ‘ and said he is a ‘really nice guy’. She said, “He is a great co-actor and a really nice guy.”

The Matrix Resurrections will release in theatres on December 22, 2021. stay tune…
