And for the market, what does this mean? Well, we can summarize it in just two expressions: operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

A global study by Salesforce, for example, reveals that 8 out of 10 Brazilians (81%) report that their productivity has increased with the use of technology. Based on numbers like this, another survey, released by Accenture, shows that 76% of leaders see tools in this category as a factor that benefits increased revenue.

Another survey, this time by Bain & Company, demonstrates some of this possibility. The study reports that 85% of organizations, from different sectors and countries, place AI as one of their top 5 strategic priorities.

Points of attention

Like all disruptive technologies, Generative AI is not without its challenges, especially when it comes to ethics. Its conscious and responsible use should be a major focus of attention for professionals, leaders and society in general, precisely to ensure that it is an ally of progress.

This includes not leaving in the background, for example, issues such as algorithmic bias, the creation of deepfakesthe manipulation of information and the potential abuse of this technological resource in the job market.
