The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is abandoning a lawsuit against rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris for sexual abuse, tmz reports .
In the spring, a woman filed a complaint against the couple, who allegedly drugged and sexually abused her in 2005. The prosecutors did not pursue the case because the alleged abuse is time-barred.

The woman stated that she met the rapper and his wife, who recorded several reality shows together, in 2005 at a club in Los Angeles. She shared a drink with Tiny and was invited to go to the couple’s hotel room with some others. However, she appeared to be alone with the couple, who initiated sex. ( Rapper T.I.)
She told police that the last thing she remembers is that she became unwell in the bathroom. When she woke up the next day, she noticed from her body that sex had taken place.

In March, a lawyer for eleven women, including the los Angeles victim, came out with allegations of abuse, threats and kidnapping by T.I. (real name Clifford Harris) and Tiny. He called on prosecutors in two states to launch an investigation into the rapper and his wife, who have so far denied all the allegations.
