Interview
During the interview, he pointed out that the use of AI will be a milestone for cinema, making the work of filmmakers easier and opening more space for creativity and innovation.
“I believe that there will be a cinema before and after AI. There are advances that we can already visualize, such as the possibility of generating images from scratch, without using a camera, for example”, said the director
Gareth remained optimistic, saying that he expects greater democratization of cinema with the advancement of AI.
“I feel hopeful that AI will democratize cinema, making it unnecessary to spend US$200 million to produce a film. I hope that, from these tools, special narratives will emerge, taking enormous risks, as there will be no limits on budgets. Let's wait”he concluded.
