All INSS retirees, regardless of their income bracket, can purchase a Voa Brasil ticket. However, the person must not have taken a plane trip in the last 12 months.

Visit the Voa Brasil website
You must log in with your Gov.br account. You must have silver or gold status. If you don't have it, click here and see how to get it.

Choose where you want to go
In this section, you also need to select the “Round trip” or “One way” option, enter the departure and destination airports, and choose the dates. Then, just click on “Search”. From there, the platform will check if there are flights available on the participating airlines on the desired dates. If there are none, the system will place the order for the next dates.
Choose the flight
Look at the options that appear and choose the one that best suits your needs. Then click Next. After that, review the ticket information and click Next again.
Enter your details and book your ticket
After making your reservation, you will have 1 hour to complete your purchase on the website of the airline you have chosen. After paying, you can track the status of your trip on the airline's website using your tracking code in the My Trips field.
