See the first collaborative collection between Adidas Originals and Avavav

With the 2024 Paris Olympics in the scope, the intersection between sport and fashion reaches a new level, with noticeable influences in several segments. Luxury brands and streetwear, in particular, have been profoundly affected, incorporating the Olympic essence and converting sportswear into true objects of desire. A notable example of this trend is the collaboration between adidas and AVAVAV.

Designer Beate Karlsson, recognized for her viral fashion shows and for frequently being in the spotlight in the fashion world, is also famous for her bold and fun creations. She reinterprets Adidas classics with a mix of exaggeration and humor, always committed to sustainability.

The parade took place on a running track, where none of the participants was the winner of the 100 meter race. The union between the two brands brought the AVAVAV identity to iconic adidas pieces, always highlighting the characteristics of the three stripes.

The new pieces were launched and Brazil is included in the party. The Adidas Superfinger Superstar is available in two colors, and features four removable rubber toes. In addition, there are cropped jackets, caps and pants, and other pieces that come in shades of black, red or white.

AVAVAV uses recycled materials and deadstock fabrics in its limited collections, following the principles of the slow fashion movement.

The partnership between AVAVAV and Adidas, called “força e coraggio”, offers a line that covers clothing, accessories and footwear, combining the sports functionality of a brand with the bold style of Adidas.
