He told Rollacoaster Magazine in an interview conducted before their breakup that the pandemic had allowed them to spend most of the time in Miami between lovers. 

He often looks at photos from this period because he misses the simplicity of this period.

The singer explained, “I spent the majority of the pandemic in Miami with #Camila and her family. It was very beautiful. I often look at our photos and the simplicity of that time.

We were lucky. “Being on a bike. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was 12. We had dinner, we did normal things. Latin culture is so beautiful, so being able to immerse myself in their culture was great. “

The reasons for Shawn and Camila’s split have yet to be revealed but the two singers have said they will remain friends despite choosing to go their separate ways.
