Silvio Santos makes rare appearance and receives cake from fans on his 93rd birthday

Presenter Silvio Santos, turned 93 years old this Tuesday (12) and received at the door of his home in Morumbi, South Zone of São Paulo, the presence of a group of fans, the presenter's rare appearance even resulted in a birthday cake and car of sound. Since 2022, Silvio Santos has been away from television. Currently the traditional Sunday night program is led by his daughter, Patrícia Abravanel.

On social media, fans present at the tribute shared videos of the moment in which the presenter appears in front of his mansion, accompanied by Cinthia Abravanel, his eldest daughter.

The tribute resulted in an article on the program ''Fofocalizando'', where Silvio thanked his fans for their affection in an interview and spoke of a possible return to television “I am very happy and very grateful with this gift from the fans. The idea is sensational and gives me the energy to come back”, stated the presenter.

Although many fans miss the presenter in charge of the traditional Silvio Santos Program, who completed 60 years on air in 2023, during an interview in November this year Cinthia Abravanel spoke about her father's current situation “He's not that person anymore. SBT without Silvio Santos

Currently, the broadcaster is in charge of Silvio's daughters. Daniela Beyruti assumed the vice-presidency of SBT in April 2023, Patrícia Abravanel replaced her father in command of the Sunday program, Silvia Abravanel was in charge of “Bom Dia & Cia” and the other daughters continue in projects at the São Paulo broadcaster.
