Simone Mendes shocks when she likes controversial post about removing toxic people

Country singer Simone Mendes, who is pursuing a solo career, became news on the web after liking a controversial post published on social media. The tweet liked by Simone was posted by the Conceito Sertanejo page, where they wrote about how Simone is better off alone and how important it is to stay away from toxic people.

Simone's statement

In the publication made by the profile Conceito Sertanejo, it was written that Simone's “shine” had returned after the end of the duo: “Living proof that we should keep toxic people out of our lives”captioned the page. After Simone liked the post, many internet users thought that the countrywoman threw a hint at her sister, Simaria. Given the great repercussion that this issue had in the media, the singer spoke about the alleged indirection to the Observatório dos Famosos portal.

“Actually, I don't remember liking this tweet, because I have a group of people who take care of my social network. Someone might have liked it”explained the countrywoman.

Soon after, the singer said how grateful she is to God that her fans are helping her in this new phase of her solo career.: “Seeing the whole of Brazil singing my song, seeing the houses I pass by, tickets sold out. How not to be happy? How can I not thank God and the fans for picking me up?”said the country singer.

The end of the duo Simone and Simaria began last year, where, throughout 2022, the country sisters came to fight behind the scenes on TV, in addition to publicly exchanging barbs.

Another situation that happened between Simone and Simaria that gained great repercussion on the internet was the fact that Simaria arrived an hour later at a show in São João de Caruaru, meaning that Simone had to perform alone while her sister was not there.

According to Lucas Pasin, columnist at UOL Splash, Simaria's temperament was not helping the duo to stay together, as she is not an easy person to deal with, so Simone's patience ran out and this led to the duo's climax.
