Freida Pinto recently gave birth to a son. That made the Slumdog Millionaireactress Sunday known in a birthday post for her husband Cory Tran on Instagram.

The 37-year-old Pinto called Tran in a photo of him and their baby “my husband, friend and life partner”. “Seeing you become a super dad makes me so happy and emotional. It also often gives this sleepless mom a break and you have no idea how much I appreciate that. I am so grateful and in love with our life together.”

Pinto also announced the child’s name. “Rumi-Ray, you can count yourself lucky,” she wrote in the post.

Tran posted the same photo on Instragram, calling the baby “the most beautiful birthday present I could wish for.” The 35-year-old photographer closed his message with kind words to Pinto. “It was a real miracle to see you give birth to Rumi-Ray, you are such a hero!”
