The 127th edition of the Boston Marathon had 26,600 finishers. Of these, 4,186 completed the 42,195 meters in less than 3 hours.

The best Brazilian was Miguel Moronewho completed the race with 2:30:02 and the best Brazilian was Camila de Castro Toledowhich closed at 3:04:16
