Four suspects for hanging a doll with Vini Jr’s shirt, before the local classic, were released and had a precautionary measure defined by the court

The four men suspected of having hung a doll with the Brazilian’s shirt vini jrof Real Madrid, on a bridge in Madrid, Spain, were released this Thursday, 25, after giving testimony. The determination of the local justice came two days after the police detained the small group.

Justice determined a precautionary measure, and the suspects are prohibited from approaching or trying any type of communication with the Brazilian striker. They must also maintain a minimum distance of 1km from any LaLiga stadium.

The quartet, three men with a criminal record, is charged with a serious hate crime, which provides for sentences of up to four years in prison, according to the local Penal Code. All refused to testify before the judge, and the trial is yet to be scheduled.

The act took place in January of this year, on the eve of the derby between Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid, for the quarterfinals of the Copa del Rey.
