Taylor Swift reveals another track from her new album “Midnights”

Taylor Swift continues the promotion of her highly anticipated tenth studio album, titled 'Midnights', scheduled to be released on October 21, 2022, through Republic Records.

This will be the first new material since the release of their ninth studio album, 'Evermore'. The album was announced during the MTV Video Music Awards, and described as “a journey through terrors and sweet dreams”. Since then, the singer has continued to promote the material through her social networks.

With the help of a raffle globe, Taylor has been doing some draws to announce the titles of the 13 tracks that make up the new album.

“Welcome to a new series I'm calling Midnight's Mayhem With Me (Midnight Chaos With Mein free translation). In this cage, there are 13 ping-pong balls, each representing a track from the album Midnights.”explained the singer in the first video of the series on her TikTok.

In the early hours of this Monday (3) the singer used social media again to reveal another one of the tracks from “Midnights”. In the sixth episode of the series “Midnights Mayhem With Me”, the star released the third track from the album entitled “Anti-Hero”.

However, what ended up catching the most attention from fans is that again, with the revelation of “Anti-Hero”. For the second time, the singer announced the track using the phone backwards, the first being in “Vigilant Shit”. So far, fans have not yet solved this mystery, and many already have their theories.

A few hours later, she published another video, where she tells how this could be one of her favorite compositions ever written.

“Track three, “Anti-Hero”, is one of my favorite songs I've ever written. I really don't think I've ever gone so deep into my insecurities in so much detail before. You know, I struggled a lot with the idea that my life had become so big and difficult to deal with. And not to sound too dark, but I have a hard time with the idea of, well, not feeling like a person.”began Taylor.

“Like, don't feel bad for me, you don't have to, but you know, this song is really a guided tour of all the things I hate about myself. We all hate things about ourselves and it's all the aspects of the things we dislike and like about ourselves that we have to learn to deal with if we're going to be those people. So, I really like “Anti-Hero”, because I think I’m very honest.”concluded the singer.

By then Swift had already shared five titles of the 13 songs on the album, they are: Mothermind (13), Vigilant Shit (8), Question (7), Midnight rain (6) and Maroon (2).
