Terra e Paixão: Irene plots cruel revenge against Caio

In “Terra e Paixão”, Daniel (Johnny Massaro) is almost out of the plot as a flesh and blood character. However, that doesn’t mean he can’t come back and haunt a few others of the La Selva clan. And that’s what will happen, according to TV News.

The tycoon convinces Graça to try to marry Caio so that she can marry the eldest son of Antônio La Selva (Tony Ramos) to run the business of the powerful family. Upon receiving the message and talking to her ex-sister-in-law, she pretends to be innocent and says:

“I have no idea either. But don’t be afraid. Daniel was good. Whatever it is, it will be good for you. Sorry, I don’t even feel good talking like that. Caio, I adored your brother”.

Afterwards, he vents and says that he destroyed Daniel’s device, but that he continues to receive the messages, not knowing that she and Irene captured his chip before the destruction:

“I’m hot headed. I received messages from Daniel on my cell phone. I continue to receive. I broke the device. Even so, the messages continue, as if someone had taken the chip.”

The content of the messages is about the son that Graça is expecting from Marino (Leandro Lima). As only she, Gladys (Leona Cavalli) and Irene know about the case, the rural producer believes that the child she is expecting is her brother’s and feels the guilt crushing him. She takes the opportunity to start messing with the brute’s head:

“Caio, I am fragile, my pregnancy is at risk. I’m sorry to lean on you, but it’s just that you’re so strong. I feel safer around you.”

Aline gives in to Caio’s advances, but confesses that the love she feels for him is friendship. Ademir warns Kelvin to be careful with Ramiro. Caio talks to Daniel about the passion he feels for Aline. Lucinda offers to arrange a meeting between Angelina and Marino in order to help with the investigation into Agatha’s disappearance. Jurecê allows Franco to meet with Yandara. Angelina reveals to Marino that Agatha was not a reliable woman, and that Caio’s mother may have had an accomplice. Gladys provokes Enzo. Gladys tells Graça that she will find out if Luigi really has a castle in Italy. Ademir tells Caio that Aline is with Daniel.

On May 8, TV Globo premiered the 9 pm telenovela, “Terra e Paixão”, written by Walcyr Carrasco. The plot, which replaced “Travessia”, tells the saga of Aline (Barbara Reis), a strong woman, full of dreams, who faces whatever it takes for the future of her family. In the cast are still: Susana Vieira, Agatha Moreira, Tony Ramos, among others.
