At the end of August each year, one of the biggest events in the film calendar takes place: the Venice Film Festival. As the oldest film festival in the world, it attracts the industry’s biggest talent and most anticipated films. The 81st edition of the festival will see the premiere of The Girl Next Door, The Brutalist, Joker, and Babydoll.

Here, we round up the best fashion from the 2024 Venice Film Festival so far.

Nicole Kidman

Nicole Kidman wore a corseted Schiaparelli couture look to attend the Babydoll premiere. The look featured a nude organza corset with a daring V-neckline, intricately embroidered with black sequins that turned into fringe for a dramatic effect. She paired the corset with a long, elegant black velvet skirt that had a sexy slit, revealing her elegant black pumps.
