“the biggest success in Brazil”

After a show in Curitiba with Ana Castela, Anitta announced that she will have a musical partnership with the country singer. In an interview with Quem, the funk singer stated that they have already chosen the composition. However, he did not reveal the song's release date.

“I think it's the biggest hit in Brazil, all the songs are booming, it's like me a few years ago”, said Anita. “It just doesn't look like me because she's so naturally beautiful,” joked the singer

During the announcement, the funk singer also denied Dennis DJ's participation in the partnership. The musician has already contributed with Anitta on the single Joga Pra Lua and will release, in 2024, the collaboration “Baile na Roça” with Ana Castela.

Anitta's Rehearsals, the singer's pre-carnival shows, came to an end last Sunday (4). The funk singer held 11 presentations around Brazil, which featured the participation of different artists, such as Ivete Sangalo, Luísa Sonza, Pedro Sampaio, Duda Beat, Dilsinho, Marina Sena, Pabllo Vittar, Ana Castela, among others.

“The big thing about my rehearsal shows is that I get a lot of pleasure from doing them”, declared Anitta on the stage of the Memorial da América, in São Paulo.

With the end of Rehearsals, this Friday (09), Anitta started the block season, in Salvador. The singer is also scheduled to perform post-carnival, on February 17, in Rio de Janeiro.

New album

Anitta, however, is not just focused on carnival. The singer revealed at the beginning of February, in an interview with Harper's Bazaar Brasil, that her new album should arrive in March.

The album will feature funks in three languages ​​– Portuguese, English and Spanish – and will feature the participation of North American singer Chlöe Bailey and Englishman Sam Smith. According to Anitta, her fifth studio album, made in 2022, will leave people “very interested” for Brazilian culture.
