The new spin-off series of The Boys with lots of blood and familiar faces
– Latest Tv Show collection, 2024 tv series, movies and animate story all in afrilatest.com. have fun!!

With plenty of blood and some familiar faces, Prime Video revealed last Monday (24) the teaser for its new series, Gen V. It is a spin-off – that is, a derivation, which takes place in the same universe – of the already renowned The Boysalso present on Prime. Set in “Godolkin University”, the only superhero college in the United States, the series addresses conflicts and relationships between students, dealing with youth issues while at the same time needing to survive in the midst of competitions around them.

Unlike most of the characters in The Boys, the students are the first generation aware of Compound V, which gave them the powers they have. Throughout the episodes, they will put their physical and moral limits to the test as they compete to stand out and win the best contracts. Check out the teaser:

New and old acquaintances

In this first part, it is possible to quickly notice a familiar face integrating the teaser. The Brazilian Marco Pigossi will be part of the cast playing the scientist “Dr. Cardozo”. Furthermore, it is possible to see some old characters, such as A-Train (Jesse T. Usher), Ashley Barrett (Colby Minifie) and Adam Bourke (PJ Byrne).

The series will star Jaz Sinclair (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Paper Towns) playing freshman Marie Moreau. The cast also includes names like Lizze Broadway (American Pie) as influencer Emma Shaw and Chance Perdomo (The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina) playing Andre Anderson, son of the hero Polarity.

Surprises for fans

Despite the new story lines, the series promises to maintain the action and acid humor of the original. It is possible to see from the teaser the aesthetics and tone very similar to what it took “The Boys” to win over so many fans. “There's definitely a crossover, and we're doing our best to design a universe that looks at some of the issues and stories from season three (of The Boys).”series Showrunner Eric Kripke told Deadline
