The Powerpuff Girls and Nubia arrive at MultiVersus

If you've ever dreamed of seeing Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup dishing out punches in a multiverse of chaos and brawling, your dream comes true in MultiVersus. And, as if that weren't enough, Nubiathe new Queen of the Amazons and Wonder Woman's BFF, will also get in on the action. Season 3, dubbed “Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice”arrives in September 17thbringing the Powerpuff Girls as part of the playable cast and leaving villains, heroes and anti-heroes ready for an extra challenge.

And when I say challenge, bro, think of the Powerpuff Girls in “organized gang” mode. In the trailer, they appear in the style Ice Climbers of Smash Bros. — that is, they fight as a single unit, but each one with their own way. Blossom using leadership tactics, Bubbles giving those cute bone-breaking blows, and Buttercup… Well, she's probably in the “come on, I'm boiling hot” vibe while distributing flying kicks and punches that would make Sub-Zero rethink his life.

Gameplay and skills: A destructive trio

These girls didn't come to play. Classified as Assassins (seriously, even the name of the class is scary), they work as a group destruction machine. When they join together, it's that delicious chaos of combos, kicks and punches that will make you wonder if it's time to put the controller away and admit that you lost. All that's missing is the “Sailor Moon” soundtrack playing in the background to complete the nostalgia.

And the best part? Character variants like the Rowdy Boys and the costumes Dynamo will be available as soon as the season launches.
