Ubisoft postpones game Avatar – Game developer Ubisoft has postponed the release of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. The game should now appear in 2023 or 2024, the company announced Thursday.

The developer announced the game back in 2017. Actually, the game should have been released this year. Ubisoft hasn’t given an exact reason for the game to be released later.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will be an open-world game. This means that the game does not have linear levels, but a world that the player can discover himself and at his own pace. Ubisoft is known for open-world games like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, and The Division.

The game takes place on a different part of the planet Pandora than can be seen in the movie. Furthermore, little is known about the gameplay and the story. 

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is coming out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, PC, Google Stadia, and Amazon Luna.
