Vitão surprises on the runways of SPFW N55

Without the locks that made him famous and with a completely renewed look, the singer vitão attracted attention on the catwalks of the 55th SPFW on Thursday the 25th of May.

The singer walked for the brand firm pointfrom the stylist Gustavo Silvestrein one of the most memorable buildings in São Paulo: the Copan. In addition to him, other names also paraded for Ponto Firme: the ex-BBB Tina Calambainfluencer plus size Letticia Munniz, Maju de Araujoan international model that has Down’s syndrome and the model plus size Rita Carreira.

About being part of the event, Vitão said that it’s amazing to learn from experienced people in the fashion world and stressed that he likes to play with his style, wearing strange clothes and feeling sure of himself.

When asked if he followed any kind of ritual before stepping onto the runway, he only said that he takes deep breaths to focus, maintain good posture and concentrate, given his inexperience at one of the most talked about events in the country.

Vitão, also known for his exotic fashionista style, walked the runway wearing a piece that was, to say the least, curious. The singer appeared on the runway in a dress covered with maxi sequins, hoop earrings, chains hanging from his piercing, red nails and a high-soled clog. O look he was, like Vitão himself, extravagant.

The look gained attention on the web and there were those who approved and those who questioned the piece used by Vitão. Some showed disapproval by saying that the singer was weird and that it was a pain to see him that way. As for those who approved, commented that Vitão was beautiful and that it was a source of pride to see his new phase.

Vitão defined style as sustaining a look that people find ridiculous or tacky, but which he thinks looks good on him. And truth be told, style he has in spades.
