Woman arrested after threatening to kill Gusttavo Lima

Singer Gusttavo Lima received a death threat from a woman who lives in the southern region of Palmas, in the state of Tocantins, and last weekend 'Banguela', as the woman is known, was arrested. Some of the singer's fans even expressed their horror at the threat Gusttavo Lima received.

“Gusttavo Lima, there will be shooting after the exit there. We will be there like that. It will be the last show, you know? You'll see”, declared the woman, Karine, in a video that circulated on social media where she appears displaying a gun and threatening the singer. According to information, Karina was arrested hours before the country singer's show, after the video was released and is an alleged drug dealer in the mentioned region.

Gusttavo Lima's advisors said they were aware of the threat in the video, but did not reinforce the artist's security.No different measures were taken”, said a spokesperson for Gusttavo. The news was reported on several news programs, but the singer did not comment on the matter and, after the woman's arrest, the show 'Ambassador in Palmas' continued.
