Yuri César is Vasco's new target for the attack

Vasco continues to try to strengthen itself for the rest of the season and this Monday (12) GE revealed that left winger Yuri César, who plays for Shabab Al-Ahli in the United Arab Emirates, is the new target of Gigante da Colina. He is 24 years old and has been playing for the Arab club since 2020. In Brazil, he was revealed by Flamengo and played for Fortaleza.

The search for the player began last week, but it is considered difficult by Vasco's board. Yuri was the team's standout player last season and the Arab club is likely to play hardball to release the player. Who is Yuri Cesar

The striker, who plays on the left wing, was discovered by Flamengo and belongs to the same generation as Vinicius Júnior, and was loaned to Fortaleza in 2020, where he stood out with five goals and four assists in 39 games. His good performances caught the attention of Shabab Al-Ahli, who signed him that same year.

Yuri's main characteristics are his quick dribbling, speed and one-on-one duels. Despite being right-footed, he prefers to play on the left wing, but he has also played on the right side a few times.
