Zendaya expresses gratitude after “Dune: Part Two” premiere

After the long-awaited release of “Dune: Part Two”, Zendaya published on her social networks this Monday (04) a deep feeling of gratitude for the sequel to this feature film. In her words, she not only celebrated the opportunity to be in the “Dune” universe, but also praised director Denis Villeneuve for the exceptional work he did.

In a caption to the photo published on Instagram, the actress expressed that it was an honor to have participated in the film, and praised the director and the entire team behind the film. “I just wanted to come here to express my deep gratitude to Denis not only for his talent but for his kindness, to everyone who gave their heart to make it and to everyone who took the time to watch it.” Zendaya expressed.

Box office success

The second part of “Dune” was successful in theaters, where it made a profit of 81 million dollars upon release in the United States.

The film, which takes place in a post-computer future universe, where there is an expansion of human beings throughout the galaxy, had names in the cast, in addition to Zendaya such as; Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson Dave Bautista, Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin. In this new sequence we had new performers such as Austin Butler, Christopher Walken, Florence Pugh, Léa Seydoux and Tim Blake Nelson.

Denis Villeneuve, who takes over as director, brings with him a team of talented writers and producers, including Jon Spaihts. Together, they delve into the sands of Arrakis, bringing to life the intricate plot adapted from Frank Herbert's seminal work. With a team of producers as diverse as they are talented, made up of names like Mary Parent, Cale Boyter and Tanya Lapointe, “Dune: Part Two” proves to be an epic and emotional cinematic journey.
