Zezé Di Camargo says his love for Zilu just 'changed shape'

Zezé Di Camargo said in an interview with the magazine Who, who believes that the phrase “I love you”has lost its meaning, and people talk about it without really loving it. The singer is working on his new song called “They trivialized it.”

During the interview he said: “Love will never be trivialized. When you love, you love and that's it. Saying 'I love you' has been trivialized. That's why I sing 'They trivialized I love you… There are people who don't feel it and are talking. I know you've been believing it'. In the end I sing: 'Will I be the inventor of the word that replaces the word love?'. People often use these words without meaning.”

Currently, Zezé is engaged to Graciele Lacerda and declares his love for the brunette. “With this woman, you don't even need to say 'I love you'. It's already written in her eyes.” Taking advantage of the subject, the country singer also spoke about Zilu Godoi, his ex-wife, with whom he had children Wanessa, Camilla and Igor.

“I loved my ex-wife very much, you know. Love never ceases to exist, it changes form. I continue to love my ex-wife very much as the mother of my children, but as a woman I love Graciele. I always think that love has to go hand in hand with attraction, you have to always be your wife's boyfriend.”he concluded.

Controversy

On Thursday (09), Netflix released a documentary series called It's love: Camargo Familyand Zezé spoke out in one episode and hit back at people who say that Zilu helped him grow professionally. “Life as a couple, the suffering is for both of us. She had her part, I had mine. She wasn't the one who made me, she was the woman who was by my side. Now, to say that she made me successful, that if it wasn't for her… Sorry, she did nothing more than her obligation as a woman to be by my side.”he says.

His ex-wife also participated in the series and said that the two only talk through lawyers.. “I have to learn to forgive because I haven’t yet received that gift. One day I want to get that out of me.” Zilu vented.
