Mbappé says he is confident in PSG's qualification for the Champions League final

This Tuesday (7), PSG and Borussia Dortmund will face each other again in the second leg of the Champions League semi-finals. The French team needs to score two goals to qualify, as they lost to the German team 1-0, and the team's star, Mbappé, believes in the comeback.

In an interview during an event linked to the sport, the striker bet on PSG qualifying for the Champions League final. The French star said that he only thinks about the match and that he is already preparing. Furthermore, Mbappé also said that the group is calm and certain that they can reverse the score.

“We are aware of the club's trajectory in the competition. We are aware of the pressure, but the group is very calm. We have confidence and are certain that we will reverse the score and qualify for the final.”he said.

One-way game

In the first leg, in Germany, PSG did not realize that they were playing in a Champions League final, as the French team was unable to finish on the opponent's goal until halfway through the first half. After half-time, the French team managed to threaten Borussia Dortmund, but failed to finish. Thus, Mbappé and company will have to work hard to get the team to another Champions League final.

I wish for the Champions

PSG can count on an important factor in qualifying for the Champions League final: Mbappé. This is because the French striker always made his desire to win the trophy clear before leaving the club and has already hit the post once, when he lost to Bayern Munich in 2020.

Thus, seeking to turn the score around and secure a place in the Champions League final, PSG and Borussia Dortmund face each other this Tuesday (7), at Parque dos Príncipes, in Paris, at 4pm (Brasília time), for the return game of the competition.
